Executive Department

Chief Executive Officer
The highest-ranking officer in the organization. The CEO establishes the ultimate strategic vision, oversees all network operations, and ensures the highest standards of realism, community management, and corporate integrity are flawlessly maintained.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
The second-in-command. The DCEO assists in daily operational management, policy enforcement, and inter-departmental coordination, ensuring the CEO's vision translates into seamless execution on the ground and in the air.
Tier 02
Flight Operations Department
The absolute core of our airline. Divided into two highly specialized sectors, the Flight Operations Department guarantees that every scheduled route is executed with unmatched precision, safety, and immersive realism.
Flight Deck Division
Tasked with the safe navigation and technical operation of our fleet.
Chief Pilot
The head of the Flight Deck Division. The Chief Pilot is responsible for aviator training standards, flight evaluation, SOP enforcement, and managing the active roster of pilots across the network.
Captain
The commander of the aircraft. The Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safety, navigation, and highly professional execution of their scheduled PTFS/ROAV flights, making critical decisions from pushback to parking.
First Officer
The second-in-command of the aircraft. The First Officer works in seamless tandem with the Captain, managing communications, systems, and co-piloting duties to ensure a flawless journey.
Trainee Pilot
An aviator in training. Trainees undergo rigorous simulation and operational assessments to prove their proficiency and dedication before earning their wings to fly commercial routes.
Cabin Services Division
The face of Emirates Airlines, dedicated to world-class hospitality and passenger safety.
Purser
The highest-ranking cabin crew member on board. The Purser manages the entire in-flight service operation, coordinates the flight attendants, and ensures premium guest satisfaction and cabin security.
Flight Attendant
